Helpful Resources: Emergency Repair Program

The City of Reno has designed the Emergency Repair Program to assist homeowners to remain in their homes by addressing immediate health and safety threats. The program makes funds available to enable homeowners to have the necessary home repairs completed. Program staff assists the homeowner in determining what work must be completed, soliciting bids, selecting a contractor, and managing the construction process. Assisting homeowners not only allows them to safely stay in their homes, but also helps maintain neighborhoods.
